Who we are

This site is operated by iNFOTV Inc., based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at info@infotv.ca or 416-390-9595.

This policy describes the public marketing website at infotv.ca. It does not replace any separate agreement for iNFOTV software, hosting, or support.

What this site collects

Browsing the public pages does not require an account. The contact form is the only place this site asks visitors for personal information.

When you send the form, we receive:

  • name and email (required)
  • organization and phone (optional)
  • the reason you wrote (demo, question, requirements, or information)
  • your message

The server also records the time of the submission and, when the browser sends them, a user-agent string and the page origin. Those fields help us operate the form and respond to abuse.

How we use contact submissions

We use this information to reply to your inquiry — by email or phone — and to keep an ordinary business record of the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising networks.

Submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore and emailed to the iNFOTV inbox through Microsoft 365. We keep them as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records. You can ask us to correct or delete a submission by emailing info@infotv.ca.

This marketing site does not install advertising or analytics cookies. The contact form does not set a tracking cookie.

Site operators using Edit mode on a development copy may store draft image or text overrides in that browser's local storage. That tool is not part of the public visitor experience and is not used to identify customers.
